Although some participants didn’t seem completely satisfied, I genuinely believe Santiago did everything he could and gave his best. The only suggestion would be that the tour description could better highlight that the route is fairly challenging, as the paths were more difficult than expected. My guide for the day was Azzura from Nordic travel and she took good care of me to make sure that I didn’t fall on the slippery ground along the walk. Enjoyed the bbq lunch esp the salmon soup . Yummy !!! The only setback is there’s no proper toilet there except for the compost toilet at the start of the walk. Overall it’s a good walk to see the amazing frozen waterfall.”
